Delete Your CoupleZone Account

You can request deletion of your CoupleZone account and associated personal data at any time.

How to request deletion

1. Enter the email address associated with your CoupleZone account.
2. Submit the account deletion request.
3. We will verify the request and permanently delete your account and eligible associated data.

Data that will be deleted

• Account/profile information
• Email address associated with the account
• Couple/relationship data
• Tasks, notes, calendar data and other user-created CoupleZone data
• Profile photos and other uploaded content

Data that may be retained

Certain information may be retained where required by law, for fraud prevention, security, financial records, or other legitimate legal obligations. Such information will be retained only for the required period and then deleted.
