CoupleZone Child Safety Standards

CoupleZone is committed to maintaining a safe environment for adults and to preventing child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE).

CoupleZone is intended for adults aged 18 and over. We have zero tolerance for content or behavior that sexually exploits, abuses, grooms, endangers, or otherwise harms children.

Any form of child sexual abuse material (CSAM), sexual exploitation of a minor, grooming, sextortion of a minor, or other sexual abuse involving a child is strictly prohibited.

Adults Only

CoupleZone is intended for adults aged 18 and over. Users must not use CoupleZone to involve, target, solicit, groom, exploit, or sexually communicate with minors.

Attempting to circumvent age restrictions or using the service to facilitate harm to a minor is prohibited. Age-gating or age statements do not remove anyone's responsibility to follow child-safety laws and these standards.

Zero Tolerance for Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation

CoupleZone strictly prohibits Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE). This includes conduct that sexually exploits, abuses, grooms, traffics, sextorts, or otherwise endangers a child.

These standards apply to messages, profiles, photos, videos, uploaded content, shared content, links, requests, and every other interaction supported by the service, whether public or private.

Prohibited Conduct

Prohibited Content

CoupleZone does not permit CSAM, sexual images or videos involving minors, sexualized depictions of minors, requests for sexual images from minors, instructions that facilitate child exploitation, or links intended to facilitate CSAM distribution or child exploitation.

What is CSAM?

CSAM means child sexual abuse material. It includes visual depictions involving a minor engaged in sexually explicit conduct. CSAM is illegal and is strictly prohibited on CoupleZone.

Protection Against Grooming

CoupleZone prohibits grooming or attempts to build or manipulate a relationship with a minor for the purpose of sexual exploitation or abuse. Users must not use CoupleZone to solicit sexual conversations, images, meetings, or other sexual interactions with minors.

Report a Child Safety Concern

Report immediately.

If you encounter content or behavior that may involve child sexual abuse or exploitation, use the in-app reporting or safety-support mechanism available in your CoupleZone app version. If you cannot access that mechanism, contact [email protected].

When reporting, provide what happened, when it happened, relevant account or profile information, message or content context, screenshots where legally appropriate, and any immediate safety concern.

Do not download, save, forward, or redistribute suspected CSAM. Report it through an available reporting channel and allow appropriate authorities or trained personnel to handle the material.

How We Respond to Reports

CoupleZone reviews child-safety reports and takes appropriate action based on the circumstances, our policies, and applicable law. Possible actions include reviewing reported accounts or content, restricting access, removing prohibited content, suspending or terminating accounts, preserving relevant information where legally appropriate, and escalating matters to appropriate authorities when required or appropriate under applicable law.

Handling CSAM

CoupleZone does not permit the creation, upload, storage, sharing, distribution, or facilitation of CSAM. When CoupleZone obtains actual knowledge of CSAM or CSAE activity, we will take appropriate action consistent with these standards and applicable law, which may include restricting content or accounts, preserving information where legally appropriate, and reporting confirmed CSAM where required by law.

Legal and Regulatory Compliance

CoupleZone is committed to complying with applicable child-safety laws and regulations in the jurisdictions in which it operates. Where applicable law requires reporting of confirmed CSAM or child exploitation, CoupleZone will follow the applicable reporting process and cooperate with relevant authorities.

Immediate Danger

If you believe a child is in immediate danger, contact your local emergency services or law-enforcement authority immediately. Do not rely on CoupleZone reporting as a substitute for emergency assistance.
